As Senior Personal Trainer, and 2IC at Vision Personal Training Lane Cove, I oversaw the day-to-day operations of the studio. This included managing people, both staff and clients. I mentored junior staff, assisting in their development and client relations. Managing the studios payment, booking and communication systems, ups killing staff and creating incentives for both clientele and staff.
