I joined UPS because they were looking to fill early morning position with people who would be willing to work hard in a mentally and physically challenging position. My main responsibility is to make sure that the packages are placed in the proper truck and in the correct location inside with speed and accuracy.

I started with Steinhafels Furniture because their shipping and receiving department needed an employee that had experience in multiple different aspects of the back office. Much of my time is spent assisting in helping customers receive their orders while guaranteeing excellent customer service is given to ensure a smooth ending to their purchase in hopes of securing business in the future . When I'm not with a customer I ensure that shipments are on schedule and that new deliveries are cataloged and stored in our storage annex with clear and precise documentation of location and quantity. In this very fast paced environment I do my best to ensure that new products get out to the floor to be displayed to customers in a timely manner, and I ensure that quality checks on the products are to the highest standards.

Greater Milwaukee Area

I was brought onto the Schlitz Audubon team because there was multiple large scale construction projects that where going to be taking place in the time frame as my 6 month contract with the Nature Center. These projects are highly sensitive would need to be started and finished on time to ensure that funding and man hours were used correctly. while overseeing the projects i was also ensuring that the grounds and facility's were maintained to the highest standards. I ensured that the projects all finished on a timely manner and left on great terms with the center.

While my time as Coordinator I ensured that all periodical maintenance was kept up to date and that the facilities were kept clean and in good order. When i was hired there was a strong need for a restructuring of the scheduling and organization of documentation filing. In no time at all i ensured that there was new operating procedures and continued to update them as needed to create a well structured process.
