I am an office administrator with over eight years' experience in customer service and administration roles. My greatest work-related achievement was creating the administration side of a new roofing business and then scaling the procedures up as the business grew to 15+ employees. I have lots of customer service experience, having worked two call centre roles for a combined time of two and a half years plus several corporate reception desks. When I worked for Converga as an ongoing reception desk/mailroom temp, I quickly learnt new procedures for each new assignment and then took over the role to cover staff who went away on leave. I worked on over 10 different sites and demonstrated an ability to hit the ground running and take charge of a new responsibility in record time.
