Coordination of the planning, design and consenting process for development projects undertaken by TUMU Property. Growing TUMU Groups property portfolio through identification, negotiation and structuring of property acquisitions (and disposals) and securing tenants for new development projects. Incorporating key sustainability strategies throughout TUMU's property portfolio and development/construction projects.

Management and administration of TUMU Groups property, leasing and insurance portfolio including valuation and general property related advice; analysis and evaluation of land and property investment/development opportunities; and the planning and delivery of selected property development projects.

A short stint working in JLL's Amsterdam Office assisting their Valuation team on a range of commercial and industrial valuation assignments.

Undertaking a range of urban valuation assignments including investment, industrial, commercial and rental property for market valuation and financial reporting purposes, insurance valuations, and rental assessments.

Member of the 2016 Hawke's Bay Magpies Mitre10 Cup Squad including 8 appearances.

During my time at Turley & Co I was involved in a diverse range of property projects. The firm has a particular focus on commercial and industrial valuation/consultancy and public land consultancy. I was predominantly involved in public land project work including acquisitions and disposals of public land for Crown and Council, valuation projects assistance, and involvement in marketing and business development projects.
