I briefly worked for a public health and well-being service based in Colchester ,that is funded by the NHS, as a volunteer coordinator. in this role i will be phoning and emailing those who have required volunteers recently and updating the companies systems regarding whether they still need volunteers or if they are OK without. This gave me great communication skills. I also have experience in sports coaching. I was involved in many summer camps coaching young children football where I developed great people skills and also knowledge of the sport from different perspectives as i was needed to deal with different personalities and abilities on a daily basis. In my sports coaching, I had to improve my people skills by dealing with children and parents in person and over the phone. I will be able to use my knowledge and skill set of dealing with various people and attending to their requirements in both my prior work and any potential future role. Whatever something is to me, new or old, I will recognise the importance of my job and will always be willing to adapt to new conditions and delighted by the possibilities. Where for this job vacancy I am to combine and use my strength to deal with everything that comes my way. As the job description includes things like managing and maintaining a fully functioning warehouse, loading and off-loading delivery vans, clearing and cleaning 2 warehouses and attending to deliveries.
