Ben Harding BSc (Hons) PGCE NPQH MEd NPQSII am the founder of the Winning With Numbers numeracy program.As a headteacher of three different primary schools in the 2000s, I was an earlier innovator with learning platforms, and wrote my first published work 'Learning Platforms for Primary Schools' in 2007. Also earlier in my career, I created the formative assessment, step by step, approach to teaching & tracking progress called Learning Ladders (2008). I then went on to create and promote the Big Maths approach to primary mathematics.
