- Remotely manage Energy Management System installations, consistently completing system deployments quickly and efficiently.- Work with programming teams to develop methods for capturing electrical, gas, and water data from unfamiliar hardware and utility websites, enabling Aquicore to take over buildings with existing/competing analytics systems.- Carry out major portfolio deployments, managing other project engineers and coordinating with property teams and contractors across the US. Typical portfolio sizes are between 20-50 buildings across multiple states. Build rapport with executive-level customer stakeholders over the course of these months-long deployments.- Scope installations for potential customers & provide cost proposals to sales teams. Have personally scoped projects worth more than $800k in combined subscription revenue.- Write & update technical documents and training materials to better onboard new project engineers.Test & deliver new product offerings that let the company adapt to changing commercial real estate markets.

Designed, drafted, and provided technical support for Raytheon’s Explosive Detection Systems project. Deliverables included test plans and shielding enclosures for detector components. Made particular use of NX 12, Excel, and Visio, and equipment from soldering irons to vector network analyzers (VNAs) and oscilloscopes.

Independently ran one location for a local fruit/vegetable vendor. Generated $5,000 in revenue over the course of five weeks.

Identified and proposed alternatives for overloaded transformers in residential areas of DC, as well as supporting bookkeeping efforts for Pepco’s various projects. Made particular use of Excel, Gridiant, and GIS Lookup software.
