My role in the business is to lead and manage the strategic and long-term direction of the organisation aligning and channelling both the operations and sales visions. I'm most passionate about building the Joss Search brand, so we're living and breathing our mission, vision and values. This will allow us to continue challenging the recruitment sector status quo, focus on providing a top-quality service for our clients and ensure championing hidden heroes - our candidates - is front and centre of everything we do. I’m very excited that we’re now an employee-owned business, since October 2024, when we completed a sale of the majority of shares to an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT).
