Five years after leaving, my fingerprints remain on most IT systems and processes. I was Spotify's 83rd employee. I broke a foot when heading to the office during this company-wide response. I'll take another Uber straight to the office if a security issue happens again.Migrated the company from Lifesize to Google Meetings and ultimately Zoom for a small amount of meetings with external companies. This change drastically saved system time employees lost with Lifesize.I led the transition of video conference hardware in all conference rooms to be run by Google Meet hardware. We were super early but official early testers of Google Meet hardware.I had a very special relationship with HR and Legal. I was the sole person that handled offboards. At that time, technology required us to shutdown and collect data manually from employee computers. I was in a large number of HR meetings. We had a few co-team lunches/dinners with HR. They were great!

Provided comprehensive IT support and troubleshooting for French Woods and affiliated camps, including on-site hardware/software repairs and network management. Managed IT infrastructure across multiple locations, ensuring system updates and addressing technical needs. Oversaw critical servers for camper/staff tracking, and played a key role in disaster recovery after a major storm. Collaborated with other departments to implement IT solutions, and maintained the company's WiFi network for reliable internet access.I was responsible for the 24/7 operation of a critical system that tracked the location and safety of over 1000 campers, all under the age of 18. This system is responsible for managing visitor information, including names and purposes of visits, and who is authorized to interact themselves with staff and campers. Ensuring the security of all people is a critical requirement.The system was vital for emergency response.
