Responsible for the sales employees in the 35 counties south of I70 in Southern Illinois including eight account managers and two agronomists. Responsible to work with production, research and sales to insure customer satisfaction, financial targets and sales goals are met or exceeded each year. Lead product life cycle plan with product agronomist and technical product manager. Provide leadership for team and individual development to make sure each team member effectively recruits and trains Pioneer’s independent sales rep force in the area.
