Responsibilities:- Maintained an up-to-date product release schedule by planning & forward scheduling titles in advance. - Preparing all dealer kit materials tailored for trade and consumer markets which includes online research, generating copy, crafting sales points and developing marketing strategies.- Assigning and coordinating design work for the creation of key images for poster, sleeve and disc art based on in-depth design brief’s - Liaising with DVD authoring houses to create DVD’s and Blu-ray’s to meet strict manufacturing deadlines. Duties include the creation of navigational flowcharts and negotiating appropriate menu design, as well as final output quality control procedures.- Generation and submission of all classification documents for both home video and theatrical releases in line with strict manufacturing and marketing deadlines- Coordinating the creation of theatrical support materials including flyers, posters and advertising material for all theatrical releases. - Coordinating the theatrical print movement Australia wide to theatrical partners with varying requirements and ingestion procedures.- General updating and maintenance of all Monster Pictures websites including www.monsterpictures.com.au, www.monsterfest.com.au www.monsterbox.tv and www.monsterfilmsales.com.au- Coordinated the Monster Fest print movement for all films across multiple venues across state and country lines. Includes sourcing material, ensuring that material is in the correct format for each venue, making sure ingestion deadlines are met for each venue and enough time is left for appropriate QC.

Responsibilities:- Film acquisitions including; sourcing appropriate content to release, negotiating deal points with filmmakers and sales agents over licensing rights, film market attendance and developing relationships with sales agents.- Maintaining an up-to-date product release schedule by planning & forward scheduling titles in advance, in addition to a comprehensive database / library of product, sales and production information.- Preparing all dealer kit materials tailored for trade and consumer markets which includes online research, generating copy, crafting sales points and developing marketing strategies.- Assigning and coordinating design work for the creation of key images for poster, sleeve and disc art with different designers of varying skill-sets based on in-depth design brief’s - Liaising with DVD authoring houses to create DVD’s and Blu-ray’s to meet strict manufacturing deadlines.
