Since joining PACT Architects in 2004, Ben has become an integral member of the team and is now a Director of the firm. Over the last 20 years, Ben’s project experience in the firm has spanned a wide variety of building types and sizes with budgets ranging from $50k to over $100M. Ben has worked on a large number of inner-city office projects including those for Consolidated Power, ElectraNet and our own office building, 149 Flinders Street. In addition to Ben’s office portfolio, he has also designed the Nuova apartments on the Parade, 25 College Road Residential Development with 70 residential apartments and eight townhouses. Ben has designed projects of varied construction methods including high-rise Modular Construction for apartments and 3D Printed public amenities. Bens Aged Care portfolio includes a state of the art RAC facility for Estia Health in Toorak Gardens, Findon and Salisbury East, concept to delivery for The Oaks Aged Care Facility in Mount Gambier as well as being involved in many other accommodation and hotel projects.
