Working along side a Critical Care Paramedic to help priorities patients who require more advanced levels of care and sending the most appropriate critical care team

Working within the Emergency Operations Centre to dispatch ambulances to outstanding emergency calls, working along side other dispatchers to liaise and ensure the most appropriate ambulance response was sent, also taking information and updates from crews and dealing with this information and sharing amongst those who require it including other emergency services and senior managers within the organisation

Working within the Emergency Operations Centre taking a wide range of emergency 999 calls from the public and other emergency services. Working to triage these calls and ensure every patient received the most appropriate response every time.
