Responsibilities- Accountable for the overall information technology infrastructure operations for The Brick Companies’ line of businesses including Queenstown Harbor Golf, Golf Club South River, Atlantic Marinas as well as all commercial real estate and headquarters operations.- Work closely with business leaders and executive team members to develop and implement strategic technology planning, including capacity & performance management, cybersecurity, and software rollouts across various departments throughout the organization.- Develop and manage technology budgeting and all technology-related purchasing including administration of information technology contracts terms, cost, and compliance. - Develop, maintain, and manage relationships with all external IT vendors, service providers and hardware/software manufacturers to uphold SLA and cost efficiency.- Identify needs for information technology system upgrades, modifications, or new systems migration plans and budgets to support changing industry landscapes and maintain competitive advantage.- Maintain current knowledge of the latest technologies and provide leadership with recommendations for future technology projects.- Maintain excellent relationships with total workforce to understand real-world challenges from front line workers up to senior leadership.
