• Respond to customer inquiries concerning order status and product availability and offer appropriate alternatives to customer request when initial request cannot be met.• Process orders accurately and track orders through order fulfillment process.• Review basic pricing contracts with detail to order pricing accuracy.• Handle customer complaints and settle customer disputes.• Manage multiple daily customer service notification reports.• Communicating collaboratively with planning and scheduling, logistics, sales and marketing, and finance concerning order fulfillment process.• Maintain effective, strong customer relationships with sales, customers, and order management personnel.• Retrieve data from various sources for customer, sales, and management use.• Perform other account and project management tasks as necessary.• Solicit sales to established accounts through outbound calls to existing customers.• Assume coverage for other account representatives in their absence.
