As HR leader to support 3 Product Groups in China.Manages processes for assigned groups of employees based on Group guidance and HR Management instructions. Oversees implementation of all HR processes within area of responsibility, including workforce planning,succession planning, performance management, talent management, talent acquisition, remuneration, workforce reduction, and other processes asapplicable.Partners with other colleagues within the immediate HR network to achieveABB’s targets through business and HR action plans. Uses HR Services resources and provides feedback/input based on experiences into the development and/or the implementation of new or improved processes/products/services to support business strategies. Partners with GM to understand current issues that can be supported or resolved through HR practices, processes, or policies. Counsels business leadership on the most effective solutions to resolve issues and support long-term objectives. Represents HR in the business, builds partnerships between employees, HR and Managers. Offers HR solutions and collects feedback for continuous improvement. Ensures compliance with legislation and HR policies, and adherence to Occupational Health & Safety and compliance standards in all areas of responsibility.

As HR leader to support Shenzhen manufacturing site with 1000+ employees.Contributes to the development and execution of the business strategy, driving organizational capability development and representing the people and organization dimension in the management teamInitiate and monitors the key HR processes including strategic planning, staffing, organization development, performance management, talent management, rewards and recognition, internal and external employee relations and talent managementDrives the development of effective high performing business leadership team. Consults and coaches business manager on organizational change management, employee issues and sustainabilityChampion employee engagement, supporting growth and development of people in the business. Establish effective HR programs and processes which meets the business challenges Take lead effective HR programs and processes to improve HR effectiveness in South China region.
