Managed day to day operations on two large sow farm construction projects. Including over site of up to 10 subcontracted crews. I was able to effectively communicate with a large Spanish speaking workforce. Assisted in planning and inspecting concrete, framing and equipment installs.

Assisted in the maintenance and repair of a large variety of ag equipment including sprayers and fertilizer applicators. I was also involved in repairs on tender trucks and other support equipment. All these tasks helped increase up time and efficiency.

I worked in both retail and sales division assisting customers with finding the parts and supplies they needed. I was also put in charge of most of the inventory at the store. In the service department i helped with numerous repairs on swine facilities including feed and ventilation systems.

Handled day to day operations at 8000 head swine facility. I was also heavily involved in the maintenance and upkeep of an additional 20,000 pig spaces.
