This role has progressed throughout my employment at the business. Initially starting as a sales assistant and since developing into a key-holder and supervisor role has also led to an expanded skill set; from adhering to food standards, problem solving to resolve issues efficiently and building positive customer relationships.

This role involved serving customers for sporting events or large scale concerts. The high volume of orders required initiative, efficiency and collaboration with colleagues to handle the demand.

This role involved selling match day programs and was my first introduction to interpersonal skills with customers and cash handling.
