Finance Manager
CurrentAct as the finance business partner to the Company’s overseas business markets:• translate business proposal to financial model, advise on business risks and opportunities from finance prospective in assessing the feasibility of the businesses;• accountable for the finance resources supporting Taiwan, Singapore and Malaysia regions; • evaluate cash collection and payment processes to optimise cash efficiencies;• involve in the Company’s tax planning including overseas companies’ positions and transfer pricing strategies together with Master File and Country-by-Country Reporting filing; and• report overseas financial performance to the Company’s senior management on a monthly basis. Supervise Chow Tai Fook Jewellery Company Limited (the “Company”)’s retail boutiques operations: • establish policies manuals in relation to finance matters for retail boutiques in Hong Kong and Macau and; • oversee and monitor the compliance of the above manuals by the retail boutiques and report any anomalies to the Company’s senior management on a monthly basis.Foster the Company’s risk management development:• perform risk assessment, formulate and implement risk mitigation plan, Risk Management Options (RMO) in Hong Kong, Macau and overseas regions;• conduct internal anti-fraud training and involve with fraud cases investigation; • investigate suspected Anti-Money Laundering (AML) cases and suspected transaction reporting to JIFU; and• collaborate with other business functions regarding cyber security incident response plan design.Provide financial advice on business initiatives that create values through effective utilisation of financial management skills:• Customer Relationship Management Program revamp project • Jewellery insurance project• Bringing precious metal retail into Blockchain
