Providing acknowledgement and final responses to these. • Experienced and efficient user of Acturis (Specialist Insurance IT system).• Providing information for daily KPI’s, reviewing these to help ensure service level agreements are meet. • Collating monthly management information, using Acturis, Excel and word.
