In this role, I led Inolares through a fundamental transformation, covering cost reduction, sales performance, and scale-up. After the successful completion of the transformation, I decided to leave Inolares. Inolares is a leading PropTech and building technology engineering firm in Germany.

In this role, I developed Sigren Engineering AG into the clear market leader in the building and infrastructure automation space in Switzerland. As part of my CEO role, I put special emphasis on growth, expansion, digitalization, and process automation and thereby turned this family-owned SME into a profitable, fast-growing market leader. Within the 2 years of my tenure, we doubled revenues and expanded the team from 80 to 140 professionals across 5 locations. • Maintaining full P&L accountability.• Regularly acquiring large, multi-year automation projects at some of the largest construction sites in the country, cultivating key relationships to ensure achievement.• Championing rapid expansion of the company from 80 to 140 employees, positioning the company at the forefront of building and infrastructure automation and turning it into the clear market leader.• Enhancing strategic direction and positioning through innovative corporate vision, mission, business strategy, business model, and operating model.• Identifying, cultivating, and closing on M&A opportunities.• Forging partnerships with global industry leaders.After the successful sale of Sigren to BKW, I decided to leave the firm.
