With over 7 years of experience in the field of Inside Sales, and a further 5 years in Business Development, I am passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, building strategic partnerships, and driving business growth with the use of Verint technology. As the Head of Inside Sales for EMEA, I lead a team of talented and motivated Inside Sales Managers across the region, who share my vision of enhancing customer experience and satisfaction with our extensive product portfolio. I also manage my own set of customer accounts, cross-selling and up-selling to the existing base, and ensuring alignment with their CX strategy. I leverage my expertise in CX, Automation, and AI to provide tailored and innovative solutions that address the specific needs and challenges of each customer. I was the first person within the team and had the challenge of trying to manage around 700 of our 11,000 customers worldwide. After just a few months, it was apparent that there was a huge gap within other regions of Verint that could make use of the new Inside Sales role, so we expanded very quickly. Within another few months, we expanded the team again and brought someone in to help manage the vast amount of accounts in the UK. This freed up time and gave me the ability to focus much more on a set number of accounts (around 300).
