My main focus was to ensure these customers were happy, keep them up to speed with our extensive product portfolio, make sure they were making use of our free value added services such as our customer events, cross sell and up sell to the existing base, be sure to build a strategic partnership and most importantly, make sure we were fully aligned with their CX strategy to help them drive business with the use of Verint technology.I empowered leaders to simplify, automate and modernise employee and customer engagement.

Being part of a big new business win for the largest Bank in Saudi Arabia, was my most significant achievement in this role.
