 Manages all activities nationally related to assigned product(s) including the development of product marketing strategies, advertising, promotion and sales objectives. Implements annual business plans which provide an analysis of the competitive environment and clearly define product positioning, market growth strategies, and sales targeting priorities for assigned products. Advances brand competitiveness and company leadership around structural heart, developing data and messages to highlight ways SJM solutions improve outcomes, reduce costs and improve quality. Executes product launch planning, including business objectives, product positioning and key selling messages. Provides monthly business review updates on sales, competition and programs Works with communications department to develop launch materials, product literature,advertisements and any other collateral material required to support sales and keymarketing messages. Develops product marketing bulletins on new and current products. Provides communication to sales team on market released products. Conducts product overviews for clinicians, administrators, and sales reps in the clinicalenvironment or during plant visits. Presents product and marketing plans to internal and external customers. Collaborates with upstream marketing to represent the voice of the customer (internaland external) and present the business case for product improvement opportunities.
