In 2018, Miller Uniforms was successfully acquired by Galls Inc.• Responsible for handling all of Miller Uniforms’ side of the due diligence and business valuation processes during the acquisition, such as compiling and delivering all reports and analytics of relevant data required by Galls, on behalf of Miller Uniforms. The acquisition was smooth, taking place over the course of 6 months.
