Leading a team of Project managers and Business Analysts responsible for a strategic migration program delivering product rationalisation and cloud infrastructure across Experian’s Identity & Fraud buisness area. This included developing a re-usable e2e migration process and co-ordinating with multiple buisness workstreams (Sales, Product, Engineering, and Service) as well as bespoke solution designs for strategic clients.
