Did industry research into competitors in the FinTech industry, SMB customers, and potential distribution partners. Worked in the Office of Public Engagement (formerly known as the Office of Business Liaison) and the Office of Faith-Based and Neighborhood Partnerships (OFBNP). Wrote formal communications to external partners, including small businesses, faith leaders, and community leaders. Engaged indigenous tribes to promote and expand access to broadband/digital equity grants. Wrote internal informational memoranda. Coordinated and attended meetings with business leaders, especially those in the space-commerce and semiconductor spaces (including to promote the passage of the CHIPS Act).
