Director of Compensation for the AT&T Technology and Network Organization (ATNO). Delivered leading edge Compensation strategies to attract new talent and to retain the 58,000 employees in ATNO. Facilitated the annual compensation process awarding nearly $1 billion in bonuses, base pay increases, and long term incentives annually.

Director of Savings Plan Operations overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company’s 401(k) plans and the $34B of plan assets. Reduced the total number of 401(k) plans from 17 to 5 to support the "One AT&T" initiative, and project managed the largest plan-to-plan transfer in the history of Fidelity in 2011 with over $21B moved. As a role model for creativity and innovation, introduced "Your Money Matters", a communication program focused on improving the financial skills of AT&T employees. In 2012, Your Money Matters was recognized by the White House, and AT&T was one of three companies asked to present at the President’s Advisory Council on Financial Capability.
