This experience was developed as a principal and innovator of new service offerings for the financial services consulting practice at Genpact, a market leading technology and strategy consulting firm; establishing a new sales and growth strategy for The Bank of New York's Asset Management and Private Banking business; doubling revenue and tripling EBITDA while President & COO of SunGard’s Kiodex business unit, a market leading commodity trading and risk management business; transforming SunGard Data Systems Energy and Commodities business segment into a high growth professional services, trading and software services provider; and now as the President and COO of The Intercontinental Exchange’s U.S. Futures Exchange, the Intercontinental Exchange’s Global Soft Commodities businesses & The New York Stock Exchange’s commercial technology division known as NYSE Technology. Throughout my career, I have led multiple aspects of significant mergers and acquisitions with the highlight of playing a lead role in the acquisition strategy, the competition approval process, due diligence and integration of NYSE Euronext. I personally led the successful, global effort to complete this significant acquisition on a remedy free basis working directly with global regulators.
