I work as part of a small team whose responsibility it is to contact customers in order to assist them in developing efficient strategies to overcome their individual financial problems.To be successful the role requires the ability to both empathize with the customer whilst offering practical solutions, it is also essential to have good communication and computer skills, together with a good understanding of the mortgage sector.
