Responsible for the overall management of the Dedicated Contract Services account and serves asthe main point of contact with customers to provide exceptional service and trouble free account operations through problem solving, communication, and relationship building. Ensures the account is a safe, efficient and profitable operation. Responsible for the selection, hiring, training, and development of all office personnel and drivers. Monitors driver safety and takes proactive steps to create a positive safety culture and ensure that drivers have completed required company safety training. Conducts profit and loss analysis to determine trends in costs to maximize profitability. Ensures customer billing and employee payroll are accurate and timely and serves as the coordinator with the maintenance department to balance equipment maintenance schedules, customer requirements, and expenses, to ensure all equipment meets Federal andstate requirements.
