• Perform and configure technical audits using ObservePoint of a client’s web technologies• Work alongside the development team to test tagging specifications• Meet development deadlines to ensure all the relevant testing is complete• Test and validate analytics and marketing tags using a range of products• To stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends developments and best-practices• Carrying out and attend daily and weekly meetings• Use of JIRA to document all tests• Work with data and insight manager to recruit, interview, select, hire, and employ an appropriate number of employees• Provide oversight and direction to the team • Train and develop employees, including overseeing new employee on-boarding and providing career development planning and opportunities• Conduct employee reviews• Delegate test responsibilities • Maintain and update PeopleHR• Write a blog every 3months on something that interests you or the company • Work alongside the ISMS team to ensure Yard keep’s it’s ISO 27001 certification.• Plan, evaluate, and improve the efficiency of the testing process and procedures to enhance speed, quality, efficiency, and output.• Review employee JIRA entrees

- Defining measurement strategy for our clients; identifying data requirements to support measurement strategy/framework, defining KPI's based on business / marketing objectives.- Perform technical audits (manually or using ObservePoint) of a client's web analytics capabilities.- Provide Tagging Instructions and configure web analytics tools (Adobe/Google Analytics) so that they are optimal for client's use.- Work alongside development team to implement tagging specification- Development of reports, dashboards, and analysis of analytical and statistical reports with recommendations.- Undertaking site, campaign and customer analysis to evaluate success and deliver insight to drive optimisation programmes.- Meet development deadlines to ensure requirements are included.- Test and Validate analytics and marketing tags.- To stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, development and best-practices.
