• As a Year 4 class teacher, I was responsible for a mixed ability class with a high proportion of EAL pupils and SEN children. My responsibilities include:
• Alongside year group colleagues, planning an engaging sequence of lessons in Literacy, Maths, Science and Humanities.
• Differentiating so curriculum was accessible and engaging for a wide range of levels.
• Undertaking formative and summative assessment to track individual progress by the pupils. Liaising closely with year group colleagues and Senior Management to ensure action is taken.
• Keeping parents updated with children's progress and acting on any concerns they may have, via informal conversation or Parents and Curriculum evenings.
• Setting and evaluating targets for SEN children.

• Worked in the run up to the World Cup and during the tournament itself on interviews and Press Conferences with players and coaches.
• Transcribed interviews from German into English, English to English and proof-read and edited vast amounts of English language material to ensure it was accurate stylistically and grammatically.
• Due to the nature of the work and having FIFA as an end client, there was significant time pressure for all jobs undertaken.
