As an HSE Coordinator post company merger, I am responsible for implementing and monitoring site-specific health, safety and environmental operations and tasks at the assigned job site. I am the primary contact for employees and supervisors concerning safety-related matters and is responsible for the application of the Health, Safety, & Environmental (HSE) programs. This includes butis not limited to risk management activities, industrial hygiene, applicable report writing, industrial HSE compliance auditing, emergency response, HSE training, HSE program development, incident investigation and data trending and analysis. I provide resources and information to employees and management as needed. I provide administrative support to HSE managers and professionals and coordinate the implementation of the company HSE policies, Safety Management System and Project/location specific Safety Management Plans as they apply to the location. I ensure the location complies with the relevant Occupational and Safety Legislation and the respective client's safety requirements. I also accept assignments within the safety departments and perform specific duties as may be required. I maintain knowledge of applicable rules and regulations including government regulations, standards and policies.

To provide HSE support to Programmed Integrated Workforce (PIW) branches within NSW to drive a positive HSE cultural change within our internal branch stakeholder network and working in close collaboration with our client base of over 250 sites to ensure a safe working environment for our field employees.Educate and promote PIW's Zero Harm goal through strong client partnerships and constant engagement of PIW field staff.

As a Training Coordinator, I was responsible for analysing training needs as well as evaluating the trainee for effectiveness of training and individual employee growth. I was responsible for development of reporting for measurement of training needs and results. I interfaced with appropriate client groups to assess training and development needs and set directions. I also develop and maintain on-going relationships as training liaison with clients, including monitoring additional needs and providing consultant services, as required.As a RTW coordinator, I played a key role in supporting people with a work injury to remain at or return to work. In collaboration with the person injured, employer, and case manager, I was responsible for developing and implementing return to work solutions such as monitoring the progress of the worker, and their capacity to return to work, liaising with medical and return to work professionals, identifying and offering suitable duties, assisting to prepare and implement a recovery/return to work plan and taking steps to prevent the occurrence of further injuries.
