I am driven to live according to my values and make the world a better place. I strive to use my abilities and privilege to serve and empower those who experience marginalization and injustice. For the last decade of my career, that has taken the form of mobilizing and equipping evangelical churches to proactively address areas of pain and injustice in their communities. My primary focus is immigration legal aid, but the scope of my work has grown to include issues of racial justice, theological and leadership development for immigrant and low-income pastors, and disabilities and special needs. Overall, I work with teams to remove barriers to full participation and leadership in our churches and movement for those who have historically been excluded.My particular strengths are in training, strategic analysis and planning, reframing and communicating ideas across different ideological frameworks. I am developing skills in the areas of team and organizational leadership.
