ASTRA has clients across Australia, Asia and Africa.In my Systems and Compliance role, I report to ASTRA Group’s Director and provide support to our team on the daily operational functions of the business. I liaise, negotiate and manage effective relationships with our clients to provide organisational support in the areas of Risk Management, Industry-specific compliance in line with Australian Standards, Acts and Regulations and help to promote and instil positive training cultures. I manage multi-disciplinary projects within the organisation, including the ongoing implementation, review, continuous improvement and coordination of safety and risk management frameworks, systems, policies and procedures. My role oversees the ongoing management and operational functions of the Recognised Training Organisation (RTO) department - meeting our compliance and reporting requirements in line with the Standards for RTOs 2015 and Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF).
