Responsibilities include developing and leading a transaction management team dedicated to the negotiation, onboarding and management of Trust administration contracts for mortgage-backed and asset-backed securitizations and warehouse lending facilities.

Responsibilities include managing people and managing accounts to establish process and compliance expectations. Duties include: lead and manage account management staff, use existing and develop appropriate reports and other management tools to track and monitor account administration and customer service; oversee account management responses to issues or problems; resolve escalated customer issues; collaborate with Risk, Legal and Management to resolve issues not in compliance; develop and recommend account/client administration and servicing strategies. Coach and develop account management staff. Work with various business partners to resolve complex account issues. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with other internal managers, as well as local and regional business partners. Specific duties include assisting with the development of tracking and monitoring reports; overseeing management responses to high-level customer inquiries, oversight of contingent servicers; conducting at-risk diligence trips, as well as managing defaults and servicing transitions.

Duties include reviewing deal documents and actively participating in or managing deal negotiations and risk mitigation of complex securitizations, life settlement transactions, tender option bond transactions, mortgage portfolio and/or servicing administration sales with investment banks, finance companies, mortgage companies, law firms, rating agencies and credit providers. Daily activities involve ensuring client satisfaction and retention by facilitating the resolution of moderately complex technical problems or general account service issues. Accountability includes reviewing drafts of documents and making recommendations on deal terms, document language, pricing, etc; as well as direct authority to execute deal documents. Other duties involve independently completing various research and process definition projects and maintaining moderate interaction with sales force to provide process expertise for certain sales calls, meetings and presentations. ABS duties include face-to-face sales calls on existing and former clients as well as accompanying sales force on visits with prospective clients. ABS duties also include direct assignment and accountability of a portfolio of clients; this includes ensuring customer satisfaction and retention as well as fostering client relationships.

Primary duties include negotiation and transaction management of mortgage- and asset- backed securities as well as whole loan sales. Transaction management includes overseeing multiple non-agency transactions per month with private investors from trade date to settlement. Day-to-day activities include reviewing and negotiating contracts as well as preparation, review, and editing of prospectus supplements for mortgage-backed securities. Management of whole loan transactions includes contract review, pricing discretions, and oversight of collateral assessment and delivery to investors by settlement date. Daily activities may include negotiations with outside investors, rating agencies, and accounting firms as well as internal and external legal counsels.
