We own, operate, develop and are franchisees of multiple restaurant brands such as Panera Bread, Wendy's, Noodles and Company and Caribou Coffee. We currently have 196 restaurants and continue to grow throughout the country. I oversee and handle all real estate, development and facilities for all brands and markets.

I was responsible to oversee the restaurant leasing for a retail portfolio of over 19 million sf in approx 83 properties. Also approx 5 million sf of new development.

I handled real estate growth in the Northeast and Canada. During my two years with Panera LLC, I was responsible for 40 new corporate locations along with 20 new franchise locations.

I consulted with developers of shopping centers and owners of restaurant concepts and assisted them in restaurant leasing and growth throughout the country.

I handled real estate growth on the East Coast

Created and was the Director of the National Restaurant Leasing Group for Macerich. Worked with a leasing team on a portfolio of over 80 million square feet of existing malls with another 20 million under development throughout the country.

Represented many national, regional and local restaurant and retail concepts throughout the Northeast. A few of the restaurant concepts were PF Chang's, CPK, Flemings, Panera, Oceanaire and Buca.
