A highly experienced and passionate holistic health and wellbeing professional. A veteran of the Airborne Forces, I served as a physical training instructor supporting soldiers’ fitness and wellbeing to ensure operational effectiveness in both peace and conflict.I then progressed into the education system as a physical education teacher empowering students to develop healthy and active lifestyles in both national and international contexts. Taking my passion in pastoral duties into consideration, I am now thoroughly enjoying a career in supporting mental health.I am incredibly excited about being part of the Everyturn Mental Health team and providing high quality integrated health and wellbeing services.In my spare time I enjoy learning new skills such as studying counselling qualifications and learning new languages including Chinese and Spanish. I am a keen volunteer who supports causes such as the The Royal British Legion and the Venture Amateur Boxing Club.
