Serve as a steering committee member and partner with global Integration Office colleagues to complete the integration of Naturex into Givaudan.

Change Management and Communication Leader across two divisions (Fragrance & Flavors) for the North American region encompassing nine manufacturing locations and five corporate / sales offices.Lead all Change Management and Communication activities within the region as we create Givaudan Business Solutions - an internal business unit with delivery centers in Europe, APAC and Americas responsible for providing Supply Chain, Procurement, HR, Finance & Controlling and enterprise data management solutions.

Responsibilities include managing a full suite of HR services such as the Intellectual capital process, employee relations, organizational management, leadership development, succession planning, compensation management, sales incentive plan management, immigration compliance and labor law & EEO compliance.

Global Human Resources Leader for the Global Sales, IT and Marketing teams and their respective VPs. Responsibilities include managing a full suite of HR services such as the Intellectual Capital process, employee relations, organizational management, leadership development, succession planning, compensation management, sales incentive plan management, immigration compliance and labor law & EEO compliance.

HR responsibility for global teams within the Information Technology, Real Estate, Communications and Workforce Optimization organizations. Worked with each departments' respective Director, VP and/or SVP to create and deliver HR services for strategic and tactical needs. HR services included formal performance review sessions, leadership development, succession planning, organizational design, job design, compensation management, change management, employee relations and talent management.
