MMC Groups are a training and recruitment organisation that focus on all aspects of job placement and up skilling the broader workforce.My role is multi faceted as I am responsible for the trades and labour team of 3 staff where their sole responsibility is to assist in supporting job ready candidates into the next stage of their career through additional training and mentoring. My other primary focus is to work with key stake holders in the construction and associated markets to understand their requirements regarding the white collar roles within top tier management responsible for the operation and completion of civil and construction projects.
