I have spent my entire career in the risk and insurance sector. My background is predominantly within the commercial insurance arena, having undertaken a variety of claims, project management, risk and insurance roles. I spent 14 years at FirstGroup plc where, for the last 7 years, I was responsible for insurance procurement, broker & insurer relationships, operational risk management projects and also sat as a non-exec director on the board of the in-house claims handling department.Subsequently, I worked for Marsh where I successfully led teams to prospect major accounts and simultaneously had accountability for the management of a number of key client relationships.I now work at WTW as a Senior Director within The Strategic Sales & Industry Team where my previous experiences give me a unique insight into the minds of buyers of insurance/risk services and the inner workings of a major broking house.
