I have been trained and working in IT for 25 years. My areas of experience and expertise are IT Strategy, Systems design, Security, Project Management, Microsoft Cloud, Connectivity and accessible solutions. My focus area is supporting SMB/SME and Medical environments. My approach is leading clients through IT strategy in a way that helps perform day to day tasks using IT systems, simple approaches and easy to manage. IT systems should not hinder but improve productivity by providing solutions that suit each client. Small business should not miss out on reliable IT systems constrained by budgets, location or level of users, rather having access to simple secure environments more available now days using cloud solutions.Over the years I have managed 100's of projects, including IT Due Diligence Projects, Medical Center and other SMB's IT project management including start up environments and improvements to existing environments, Providing IT Support to an Australian location for an Internataional Company and Cloud Migration/Support using Microsoft Cloud Solutions.I am the Director of Emagineering heading a team of 5 to provide ICT solutions & support to the SMB, SME and Medical Verticals. Emagineering has been in operation for over 25 years, procuring hardware, server solutions, managed cloud solutions, IT Security, Local and Wide Network Solutions, Wi-Fi Solutions, Boardroom Solutions, Help Desk and On-Site Support and everything else IT related. Emagineering proudly supports over 100 Small Business environments.I personally overlook the day-to-day processes of providing a high standard of support to our clients.
