G-IV Check Pilot. Develop and manage the training program for up to 75 pilots across 5 aircraft types, including knowledge-based and skills-based training. Coordinate company knowledge and line checks within the check pilot group. Oversee the pilot training records database. Act as key member of the pilot recruitment and hiring team. Oversee pilot onboarding and off boarding processes. Manage all back-end pilot electronic access: ForeFlight (including company documents), Jeppesen access, ARINC access, fleet-type specific app access.

Captain / Instructor. Learjet 31, 35, 55. Act as Pilot in Command in operational management of Part 135 charter flights and Denver AirLife medevac flights (AirLife ended Jan 2017) including, but not limited to, the following duties: Flight planning, including fuel ordering; aircraft exterior preflight; aircraft cleanliness and organization; catering; communication with customer during trips; communication with dispatch; paperwork management; arrange crew hotels. Act as mentor and instructor to First Officers in preparation for upgrade. Ensure all flights are conducted safely and legally. Maintain a high degree of proficiency and thorough knowledge of aircraft systems and company procedures. Provide excellent customer service to a wide range of customers.8/2017 to Present: Director, Safety & Quality Assurance. Manage and maintain the IJA SMS & QMS Programs. Identify and mitigate safety hazards through the use of hazard reports and aircraft maintenance data gathering. Maintain a Just Culture through communication and involvement by stakeholders in the safety process. Monitor the daily performance of the entire company and cease any operation deemed unacceptably hazardous at any time. Act as Chairman of the Safety & Quality Management Review Board. Ensure each department is meeting or exceeding safety and quality goals set in the SMS/QMS Program Manuals. Develop Hazard Management Program and Hazard & Effects Register by assigning development and review tasks to department managers each quarter. Assist stakeholders in development and review of Emergency Response Plan. Develop and maintain Internal Evaluation Program and present audit results to stakeholders. Major project: IS-BAO Stage 3 certification preparation and audit. iJet received IS-BAO Stage 3 approval in October 2015.

Develop and implement an FAA-Approved jet transition training program as outlined in AC 61-138: ATP Certification Training Program; teach the associated ground school and instruct students in the CRJ-700 Instrument Procedures Trainer and Level D Full Flight Simulator.

Act as team member, assisting aircraft Captain in carrying out safe and efficient scheduled flight operations; maintain a high degree of proficiency and thorough knowledge of aircraft systems and procedures.

Instructor Pilot / Flight Standards IP. Instruct students, private pilot through commercial license requirements, including ground, FTD, and flight training. Assistant Director, Aviation Safety & Security. Assist Director with day-to-day Flight Safety duties including: Hazard Report Tracking, Investigation and HFACS Analysis, Flight Line Security and Database Statistics. Interim Director for 6 months during two candidate searches.Other duties: Flight Standards Team Safety Leader, Assistant Flight Scheduler, Flight Standards IP (Part 141), Training Center Evaluator (Part 142), Extreme Attitude Recovery Training IP, Prescott Campus Aviation Safety Council, Flight Supervisor.

Volunteer position with the FAA Safety Team.

Airshow Manager. Manage all aspects of up to 30 airshow appearances per season, including scheduling, flight planning, display, and food/lodging arrangements for up to 12 display aircraft. Act as airshow co-pilot in Nanchang CJ-6C photo reconnaissance aircraft.Mechanic Assistant. Assisted with restoration of Nanchang CJ-6C photo reconnaissance aircraft to better than factory new condition, including paint stripping, riveting, aluminum skin work, painting and decal design/application.

Line Specialist. Provide ground customer services, including aircraft refueling and towing, baggage handling, rental car/courtesy transportation, and preventive maintenance of aircraft ground support equipment.

Production Technician. Achieved payroll status at Roberta Jones Junior Theatre after 5 years as a volunteer. Responsibilities included: lighting and sound design/implementation, special effects and set construction/painting.
