• Developed a series of online trainings for a new WIC Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) program. Collaborated with team members to design a multi-chapter vendor toolkit, and webinar series presented to over 1,200 WIC vendors in Wisconsin. • Guided train-the-trainer sessions for partners at local WIC agencies on how to conduct EBT trainings, as well as sessions on how to conduct mandated grocery store inspections. • Facilitated dozens of on the ground trainings to store cashiers, teaching WIC policies with a customer service focus. • Conducted Level III Certifications of grocery store register systems to insure they met WIC technical requirements and program guidelines. Communicated with POS providers and project managers to troubleshoot and resolve and system issues.• Responded to vendor and local project staff inquiries regarding advanced technical questions, application details, program regulations, and WIC procedures. • Managed the design and implementation of new documents and procedures for streamlining WIC Vendor Management Operations, used by both internal and external partners. • Independently coordinated the initiation and processing of WIC vendor applications in accordance with state and federal regulations. Drafted correspondence for requesting additional information from prospective WIC vendors. • Provided training on the electronic submission of information to WIC vendors selected for mandated store surveys.

Developed and managed multi-issue statewide advocacy campaigns. Coordinated organizational recruitment and participation efforts for statewide activities, campaigns, and events. Designed, facilitated, and evaluated engaging multimedia presentations and trainings for UW students, faculty and staff. Coordinated and organized United Council’s annual Building Unity Student Empowerment Conference. Researched, investigated, and discussed issues on the federal, state and local level regarding higher education diversity issues.
