As a Quality Control Inspector my responsibilities were: monthly/weekly building inspections on janitorial cleaning services, maintaining client relationships and any feed back or issues on the services, providing detailed reports on overall condition of buildings for supervisors and clients, provide additional cleaning services when requested or recommended by or to clients, working with Night Supervisors to address cleaning issues, following up with clients on repeat concerns to make sure they were resolved, provide corrective training to night time janitors when issues were reported, training day crews on new accounts.

My responsibilities included: Managing a team of eight soldiers on daily operations in and out of field exercised, hospitals and overseas during Operation Iraqi Freedom, preforming monthly performance evaluations, making sure we worked together as a team to accomplish all of our missions, and motivate each soldier to be a team-player and bring out their best.Head of Nutrition Care Department (2008-2010):I worked as the department head for Martin Army Hospital making sure military and civilian schedules, time cards, and daily operations/patient food orders were taken care of. I would work on team building and cohesion was at it's best through motivation and a rewards system for outstanding work performances. In 2009, I was deployed to Iraq to manage the detainee facility of over 5,000 people for their nutrition care needs in compliance with the Geneva Convention laws.

Kept track of and processed request for any files in our paid accounts vault of over 90,000 file from collections or our legal division. Supervised and trained new hire employees in the file clerk division.
