I am currently a Masters student at Cardiff University, and a student of the UEFA/ FAW B Licence course. In the spring of 2020 I graduate from Cardiff Metropolitan University, with a 2:1 qualification in BSc (Hons) Sport coaching. Along with this the summer of 2020 is where I re-developed my small coaching business in Pembrokeshire West Wales, from a football coaching company to Leahy Sports. This has allowed me to gain vital experience in, managing a business, coaching in my own style, and managing other people. I was able to set this up with prior experiences coaching numerous junior teams in North Pembrokeshire and setting up my own Football Club in Cardiff. The business side of this was very much helped by Cardiff Mets Centre for entrepreneurship, as I attended their countdown to launch programme. Along with my own business, I have a wide arrange of experiences in the professional workplace, which includes, Teaching in a number of schools in South and West Wales, Prep chef in restaurants in Cardiff and Pembrokeshire and hospitality work in the local golf course. Along with the professional work experience, during my time in Ysogl Bro Gwauns sixth form, I undertook over two hundred hours of volunteering in sport coaching.
