Raised in rural central Maine before then cooking and teaching throughout Maine, Los Angeles and Seattle, I have seen firsthand how enjoying time in the kitchen and learning to cook can positively impact everyone. Throughout my career as a chef and educator, I have cooked for and taught countless people across the country and the globe - always with the goal of making them feel happy and confident through their connection to what’s on the plate in front of them. I am a chef, teacher, host and recipe developer specializing in all media formats and live events.
