The provision of counseling services for active and retired military personnel

Employee Assistance Program for the University staff and faculty members and their family members. Facilitated approximately 25 individual counseling sessions per week. Facilitated work-life programs such as QPR Training (Suicide Prevention Training), Meyers Briggs (Personality Type Indicator Training), Love and Logic Training, and other current issues. Served on a specialized crisis team that addressed issues related to staff and faculty where the situation was more intensive and longer in duration than other psychiatric issues. Served on the campus-wide staff and faculty representation committee. Developed, on an on-going basis, written assessments, treatment plans and goals. Provided guidance to faculty and staff related to University Human Resources policies and procedures and provided referral services as necessary.
