- Data entry and maintenance of International student applications - Assessing overseas qualifications from a wide range of countries, and evaluating applications against individual school and program entry requirements - Conducting pre-visa screening assessments against DIBP's financial, Genuine Temporary Entrant and Genuine Student criteria for a student visa- Providing exemplary customer service to International students, sponsors and agents via telephone, fax, email and face-to-face - Ensuring compliance with ESOS regulations and other legislative requirements - Liaising with other areas of the University to provide advice and clarification on International student rules and procedures - Training, guiding and supporting other staff in the International Admissions team - Regularly Acting as Coordinator, International Admissions when the incumbent Coordinator is on leave
