Using NLP and LLMs, we are able to take disorganized submission data from various brokers and parse it into normalized formats to be consumed by various applications. Through my efforts, the average processing time for a property submission was reduced by 46% (24.3 hours down to 11.42 hours).

As the product manager for USAA's commercial insurance product, I work with underwriting, actuary, product, and IT to deliver and maintain a beautiful experience for our users with a focus on product acquisition and servicing. Implemented large scale business initiatives.

As the lead digital product manager for USAA's Property product line, I was responsible for building and optimizing the product storefronts. In this time I was able to optimize the Renter Insurance page from an SEO perspective to be a page one Google result. Also conducted personalization tests, that led to increase in quote starts.

Role provided me the opportunity to identify and develop testing and optimization opportunities for USAA's Car Buying Service. I was able to take strategically identified member problems, break them down and provide feasible, realistic solutions for them. I work with business partners across the USAA Enterprise and with external partners to develop and implement these impactful solutions.

Through the use of third party suppliers, I developed strategic ways for USAA's Health Solutions product team to meet their business needs. I was accountable for the migration and implementation as well as operational performance of sourced call center work.

I had the opportunity to build USAA's Health Solutions digital platform and optimize the experience through the use of testing and data.

• Led a new $7MM growth strategy research project to address the complexities of working patient demands; identified ways to increase patient adherence and ways for DaVita to maximize clinic effectiveness regarding working patients. • Led a process improvement project to standardize the integration of acquired clinics into DaVita’s systems, processes, and culture. Worked with senior leadership to optimize the use of personnel resources on acquisition integration and identified opportunities for future improvement projects.

• Managed $1.3MM training budget and fulfilled required training for outgoing units; was able to find substitute resources which allowed for a preservation of $120K for other planning needs• Unit Personnel Officer- responsible for recruitment, interviews, and the processing of soldiers

• Managed communications and data connections for 233 branches and 1,200 ATM’s; managed 7 employees.• Resolved network issues and revamped operating procedures to reduce network downtime by 15 hours per month• Project leader for a network implementation; involved a statewide upgrade that included 212 branches, developed an operating procedure for the department, and trained individuals on the integration process• Responsible for auditing monthly reports; brought contractual violations to our vendors and billing department which led to both financial reimbursement and improved supplier performance strategies

• Managed recovery of $217K by developing a consolidated database that integrated multiple data sources; instrumental to the unit’s success by identifying shortcomings and either recovering equipment or receiving payment for lost goods• Supervised inventory reset to balance the battalion property book; this allowed for a reconciliation of equipment which eliminated duplicate items, reduced supply cost, and salvaged 17% of misplaced equipment
